2. Organizations Medium Term Presence Plan
-
- All organizations present at the border should share with the other organizations what services we are currently providing and until what date, according to each organization’s medium term planning;
- On siret.help there should be a way to mark what organizations were present at each weekly coordination meeting;
=> The Coordination Center is providing a form for all organizations to fill and share their current commitments + the time for which they are taken – link: https://forms.gle/WVFiNyZnhjkPtfRx8
=> each weekly meeting will have a standing point where organizations would share any updates on the commitments of their organizations;
3. Color coded vests
-
- The Department for Emergency Situations (DSU) has sent to the ISU structure at the border a number of vests, coded by the service offered to the refugees by the person wearing the vest (details in RO: https://web.facebook.com/geeksfordemocracy/photos/a.2070347359925499/2868205846806309/);
- The services and the vests colors:
- red = medical assistance;
- orange = translator;
- black = food;
- green = accommodation;
- blue = transport;
- yellow = social work;
- the organizations offering the above services at the border need to go to the command center with a list of the number of vests of each color needed for the organization;
