- Francesca / Good Neighbors distributed on the Coordonatori ONG Siret group the link to the colaborative document where all the organizations could propose measures for the summer period, measures that we will discuss during the next weekly meeting;
- The Civil Society Coordination Center published on the Coordonatori ONG Siret group the link to the document centralizing all the medium term commitments of the organizations present at the Siret border crossing;
2. The transfer of information at the Info Point
- on changing the ISU contingents, that happens every few days, and on changing the shifts (every 8 hours), part of the information communicated by the NGOs to the people in charge with transportation and accommodation is lost;
=> The Civil Society Coordination Center will ask from ISU the schedule of the contingents change and will communicate it to the organizations offering accommodation and transportation for the refugees;
=> The Civil Society Coordination Center will publish in the transportation and accommodation group a template where the organizations could fill in / update their own offers for accommodation and transportation, to confront this with the records maintained by ISU;
3. Prescribing medicines to refugees
- Stratos (MDM): what is the procedure to be followed by refugees to obtain compensated prescriptions for medicines needed for chronic diseases?
- Ovidiu (CNRR): the refugees suffering from chronic diseases that benefit from the temporary protection status have free medical assistance in the centers for the treatment of chronic diseases (eg. cancer, heart diseases, kidney diseases);
=> CNRR will inquire to get more information about the procedure to be followed by refugees to get registered with a family doctor;
