1. Siret is going to become the main humanitarian corridor gateway to Ukraine for EU. We need to solve the potential waiting time for trucks at customs, especially those with perishable goods like blood supplies.
2. Centralization of materials according to real needs in Ukraine, e.g. in some cities Ukrainian stores run out of food.
4. The is a need for clearer traceability: where food ends up and how to avoid it being sold.
5. Location of signs to airports and hospitals or other major places in Ukrainian is in process.
6. We should work to Provide jobs to refugees (in construction, hotels, etc.).
7. Tourist information points should have Ukrainian language signage, and we should  organize trips in Suceava County for Ukrainians
9. We should create volunteer schedules with three shifts and the availability of future volunteers (3 shifts)
10. TV channel3 is offering information in Ukrainian. The refugee parents are asking for cartoons in Ukrainian.
11. The organization of transport and accommodation needs to be more coordinated with the possibility of using free travel cards.
12. It is everyone’s duty to be vigilant and prevent crimes at all levels. The standard is All Humanitarian Assitance is Free. The government will take very strict actions on profiteers.
13. The is a need to register families living at private homes by the respective city hall. Subsidies are under discussion.
14. We need to take into account the educational level of those who enter the country and to adapt to their needs.
15. We should remember to serve the most vulnerable, and it seems we are going to get a higher percentage of such refugees going forward.

16. The Civil Society Coordination office has created a website for Siret Coordination: www.siret.help and opened a Lost and Found  office on the back of the coordination office.
17. There was a request to get toll free roads for Ukrainians and humanitarian transport.
18. There was a suggestion to create a system of alert codes of the number of refugees arriving every day and grade the situation to e.g. green, yellow and red.
19. There was a suggestion to introduce the Ukrainian language for the 112 emergency number.
20. There was a suggestion to update the flyer given to the refugees with the latest information.
