NGO coordination role and communication tools

The Civil Society Coordination office can be found here.

The role of this office is:

  • to facilitate the smooth collaboration between the different civil society organisations
  • to train and support volunteers on all levels of the response

It is being run by the Institutia Prefectului Suceava, and currently coordinated by Karl Andersson, a disaster relief coordinator with international experience, on the behalf of AMURTEL Romania.

 

Communication Tools

  • News: this website contains a news section, updated with reports from the meetings and news relevant to all, including training announcementa.  Organisations are welcome and encouraged to send any relevant updates through the contact form on the homepage of Siret.help
  • WhatsApp groups: 
    • At the command center there are QR codes for joining the various specialised whatsapp groups that facilitate communication. Groups have been set up for the following:
      • Traducere (Translation)
      • Transport (Transportation)
      • Cazare (Shelter)
      • Hranire (Food)
      • Asistenta (Assistance)
      • ISU – societate civila  (General coordination)
